Packing up and Moving out

Just wanted to give you all a little heads up on the Chandlers upcoming couple of weeks. My parents left this morning (definitely the hardest goodbye so far) and I am oficially spending my first day with just Lyla. Of course she is perfect and has been a doll for her mommy. Tomorrow Scott's parents fly into town to help me throughout the rest of the week until Scott comes home on Thursday. This will be their first time meeting Lyla so I anticipate that they are so anxious to meet her. Thursday we have movers coming to pack up ALL of our stuff and moving it down to Grapevine, TX. Once the movers pack up all of our stuff we will all hop in the car and begin our 19 hour car ride to Texas. Lyla is too young to fly and I didn't want to expose her to all the icky germs in the airport so we opted for the car ride. We estimate it will take us the whole weekend to get to Texas. We are so blessed that Scott's parents are helping us out on this long journey. Once we arrive to Texas the movers will have our stuff at our place sometime between Monday and Friday. I may be without the internet for a while so updates on Lyla will have to wait. Please pray for our safe drive to Texas and for Lyla to be a good girl in her car seat. We are going to miss all of friends out here in San Diego. We knew this was part of the job but never anticipated building such great friendships out here.
